I hate bills...they just bum me out.
Yes I know, it's a part of life. But honestly, I don't want to hear that right now.
What I want to hear is Verizon say,
"Miss Harvill, we're deeply sorry that we're draining you of all of your money.
We regret lying to you saying that you'd only pay $45.00 a month but have in the end kept charging you at least $200.
We're jerks and we want your money. We make a lot of money off of you and your talking into the air through a piece of plastic."

Okay so maybe that's harsh, but I don't like having to pay for things I didn't agree and sign a contract to pay for. Nome sain?
