Being 20 is good and exactly what I hoped for.
Yesterday was jam packed with friends and things to do- I didn't realize I was completely exhausted until I was under the covers breathing heavily ready to get lost in sleep.
Church was good but I became ancy during the message, it's just so long! I absolutely loooove worship, worshipping is one of my all time favorite things, but for some reason I want to get up and go when it comes time for the message. Sometimes an hour and 15 minute sermon is too much. Afterwards we did Wolfgang puck and then I had to pick up my boss's dog, Bernie to dogsit for this whole week. Sunday to Sunday I say.
Freakin' great dog with the best underbite known to...well, dog. Apparently Bernie took a liking to Adam and Zack. Go figure..... :)
The boys, Della Rosa, played their last show at Exit/In- they played a good show but sadly few people were there. Next time I think people will be told far more in advance. I love those boys- they're my good friends and I wish the absolute best to all of them and send them allllllll of my love.
Pizza at Michaelangel's and Cafe Coco then back to the concert to listen to the last 2 bands play. Manna won. They were good, the last song they played totally sounded Queen infused, I say high-five and thumbs up to them!
Lindsey, Jessica, Morgan, Esh, Ryan, Kyle and I went to Centennial Park/the Parthenon afterwards and engaged in some great mouth-bass conversation...then the huuuuuge sprinklers came on- so what else are young twenty-somethings to do but take off their target sandals and run a muck? We were soaked and our feets were covered in grass clippings. At one point Morgan and I were holding hands running towards the boys, she let go, I looked left and got hardcore shot in the eye by the sprinkler. Pictures should be posted on facebook soon, maybe I'll take the initiative to post them on here.
Today Kaelah and I will do some shopping at Opry Mills and blow all of our money at forever 21. No worries, I'm dogsitting my butt off this week, and Saturday morning I have to wake up at 5 to drive down to Spring Hill inorder to babysit from 6 am- 3:30 pm. If I don't pass out by 6 that evening I don't know what'll happen.
Life is good, God is great. I'm happy and the weather is AMAZING!!!
