TGIF.

I'm sure if you're around my age, 20, then you remember TGIF on ABC. Every Friday night at about 6 or 7 all of the best shows would come on- Full House, Family Matters, Boy Meets World, etc. Man I miss the days when we'd make homemade pizza and sit on the floor to watch those sitcoms.

So frazzled people. You know the type, the get overworked about the smallest things, they huff, they puff, and they blow the house down with their constant worries. I can't stand that. Not one bit, not at all. Everything turns into drama and "what-if" incessantly falls out of their mouths with a high pitched tone. Gah shut up, right?
I was totally frazzled last night and this morning. You could tell with my, "Max stop playing with the helicopter things, we're late!" "Andrew, Max, book it...the field is over there, we're late!" Instead of "what if" I basically resigned to the fact that I'm the worst overnight sitter ever because I got Max to his baseball game a good 30 min. late. Okay so he's 4 and yeah, it's not the major league but still I like to be on time for that stuff. I was also an hour late for work today. In the car this morning how if I could handle the smaller things then I could handle the larger things. I can't even handle being on time. We'll see where this gets me.
I think I want to just fly away to some distant land. Maybe Disneyland. We're in talks of doing California this summer, that should happen.

Post script, check out Wye Oak. (Obituary and Regret are good ones.) I'm buying the record today, excitement!
