Today is a good day!

Thank goodness for afternoon and evenings off, I've been greatly accepting them and using them to my advantage.
Yesterday after work I went to a beautiful furniture shop in downtown franklin called JJ Ashleys to pick up a candle that I absolutely love. So elegantly decorated, I can only dream to have a home with such beautiful furnishings. Needless to say the candle was a bit on the expensive side, but I don't drink and I don't smoke so how about I buy a candle instead!
After that was the grocery store and then back home where I talked to the lady, who is so awesome, about the man below us. After having talked with her she said she would call into the office and let them know that we're not the only tenants he's bothered. She's very encouraging which obviously helps because sometimes you feel like you're the worst tenants ever until you realize it's just one person who is annoyed. But we've decided to take the nicer route- our friend Elle had mentioned we bake him cookies which at first we scoffed and said he would claim we poisoned them or that he was diabetic but it's our chance to make peace. Goodness knows making peace and living happily would be lovely.

I felt much better after having talked with her and Kaelah also talked to our other neighbor who said our apt. complex could call on her for any statements. I love being strong willed and opinionated women, sometimes you have to stand up for yourself and fight for what you believe in.
I went inside a cleaned for a little while- lit my amazing candle and felt at ease. A clean house is a happy house, nome sain?!
So Kaelah sent me a list of websites and blogs I should check out. The picture below hit home seeing as I live with roommates you deal with random house guests eating your food as well as your roommates.

Let me preface this picture by saying that this isn't how I feel but tooooootaly found it funny and relateable.
